“The immediate sense here is one of quietude, a stillness that's quite restorative, yet you're remarkably well-placed for excursions to Bath and the Cheddar Gorge. The lodges themselves are thoughtfully laid out and genuinely feel like a home away from home, with everything you need for a peaceful retreat. I particularly appreciated the well-maintained grounds; it's clear that care is taken to create a genuinely welcoming and serene atmosphere.”
